Cookie policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This website does not use cookies

modek.es does not set any cookies in your browser: no first-party or third-party cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no social media cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

The only things stored in your browser

The website stores two technical items in your browser's storage, with no personal information. They are strictly necessary for what you ask the site to do, so no consent is required (art. 22.2 LSSI and art. 5.3 of the ePrivacy Directive):

• modek-lang-banner-dismissed: remembers that you closed the language notice, so it is not shown again.
• modek_pedido: keeps the order summary while you move from the configurator to the payment page. It is deleted automatically when you close the tab.

Stripe payment page

If you pay by card, payment takes place on Stripe's page, outside modek.es. Stripe may use its own cookies there, needed to process the payment and prevent fraud. See its policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.

If this changes

If analytics or other tools that use cookies are ever added, this page will be updated and you will be asked to accept or reject them before any are set.
