What we do

MÖDEK designs and sells professional DJ furniture (booths, deckstands and stands), made in Spain and built to order for each customer. We have been selling since 2005, in Spain and abroad.

Terms of purchase

Payment, shipping, delivery times, warranty and cancellation are explained in the Terms of purchase section of the website. That section, together with the product page and the order confirmation, makes up the terms of each purchase.

Each piece is built to the configuration chosen by the customer (colour, dimensions, cut-outs for their equipment). For this reason, under article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and article 16.c of Directive 2011/83/EU, customised orders are not subject to the right of withdrawal. This does not affect the legal warranty or claims for manufacturing defects or transport damage.

Use of the website

Anyone browsing this website agrees to use it in good faith, not to damage it or interfere with its operation, and not to send third-party data through the forms without their consent.

Intellectual property

The furniture designs, texts, photographs, drawings, and the MÖDEK brand and logo belong to their owner. They may not be copied, reproduced or used to manufacture or sell products without written permission.

Some images on this website are AI-generated to show the furniture in different spaces. The furniture shown is exactly what the customer receives. DJ equipment names mentioned (Pioneer DJ, Allen & Heath, Technics and others) are trademarks of their owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.

Liability

We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. If there is an obvious error in a price or specification, the customer will be told before anything is charged and may cancel the order at no cost. MÖDEK is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Móstoles (Madrid, Spain).
